Five management: mentality management, target management, time management, learning management and action management

Part I: Psychology management
1. Any restriction starts from your own heart (if you don't believe yourself, how can you expect others to believe you? Don't set limits on yourself. In that case, you will come to the world in vain. There is no regret medicine to buy in the world. In the end, people still rely on themselves. No one else can help you
2. Mentality determines the future (your thinking, action and future world are already determined by your mentality, so you need to ask yourself what kind of mentality you have) can only tell you: a positive attitude is like the sun, where it shines, and the negative mentality is like the moon, which is different from the first and the fifteenth day of the new year
3. Life is a mirror. You can use whatever attitude you treat it (whether you laugh or cry, it's all in your mind. Think about how to look at the mirror.)
4. Success = = = = = mentality * ability (ability can't be zero, what should you do if you want a bigger value and more chances of success? I don't need to teach this arithmetic problem
5. No matter how big the fighting spirit is, you are not afraid of any difficulties. Once you lose the fighting spirit, you will often achieve nothing
6. People should live for themselves, not in other people's world, and take time to do what they think is right, so that they will not regret even if they fail
7. The inner world controls the external world (don't underestimate your subconscious, make good use of it, existence will make sense)
8. Learn to change your mind (frustration = = passbook, pressure = = = motivation, obstacle = = = favorite)
9. It may be difficult to change others, so try to change yourself and influence others (what we can do is to infect the people around us with optimism)
10. Things go wrong in your hands. Remember it's your own problem. Don't blame others
11. Always think about what you get, don't think about what you lose (don't find depression for yourself)
12. It's more dangerous not to take risks than to take risks (failure is the wealth you accumulate towards success. The more you fail, the greater the wealth. What's more, if you take risks, you will not necessarily fail, but you will succeed to a greater extent)
13. If you think you can do it, you can do it
14. To help others is to help oneself
15. God closes a door for you and opens a window for you at the same time
16. Only by taking good care of yourself can we manage others well (don't regard the system as a wolf dog, as long as others don't want to be themselves, and act as an example)

Part II Management by objectives
1. There are thousands of goals for those with goals, but those without goals only feel difficulties
2. If the goal is not clear, no matter how much effort you make, you will be in vain
3. What is more important to you than to your goal
4. People are great because their goals are great
5. There are no lazy people in the world, only people without goals
6. Target gathering principle (aim at the bull's-eye and shoot again; lock the customer before shooting; don't shoot birds with machine gun; don't look for a needle in the sea; target should be single, accurate and focused)
7. There is no shortcut to achieve the goal
8. The goal should be constantly corrected (keep pace with the times, but the general direction should be correct)
9. The height of entrepreneurs determines the height of enterprises, and the foresight of entrepreneurs determines the foresight of enterprises
10. As long as you have a goal, the whole world will make way for you
11. The measure of success is not how much work has been done, but how much has been achieved

Part 3 time management
1. Time is there, and your results are there
2. If you abandon time, time will abandon you
3. Wasting time is equal to chronic suicide
4. People who never waste their time have no time to complain that they don't have enough time
5. Never procrastinate (set a time limit for yourself and urge yourself to achieve it)
6. Clear organization (what can be done should be done immediately, the things to be done should be recorded in the diary, the reserved things should be filed immediately, and those who can't make a decision should be thrown away first)
7. Take immediate action (record immediately, act immediately, reflect every day, and improve immediately)
8. It takes 80% of the time to complete 20% of the important items
9. Ten thousand years is too long, seize the day (cherish the present, not plan what will happen tomorrow)
10. There is no time that can't be arranged, only oneself has not arranged time
11. Parkinson's law on time management (how much time is given to you and how much time you spend, too much time will make you grind to the last minute, so the only thing you need to do is how to improve your work efficiency)
12. People who know how to manage time do less, not more (it doesn't mean that you work hard and spend time on the most important things)
13. The biggest loss of time is procrastination, anticipation and dependence on the future
14. The greatest success in life is to achieve the most goals in the shortest time
15. The rich love time and the poor love money

Part IV learning management
1. Participate in the book sharing meeting (discuss experience and learn from each other)
2. Most of the time, we do not lack of learning, but lack of practice (not used in practice is equivalent to learning in vain)
3. Experts are constantly learning (Study for an hour every day, become an expert after a year, three industry experts, five national experts, can you do it? It seems simple. Try it first.)
4. Learn from the first-class people and keep company with successful people (learning from the successful experience of first-class people can help us avoid detours, and making friends with successful people can expand our network resources)
5. A large number of books read by successful learners
6. Progress by 1% every day, one year later, you have improved 365% (why not) ---- learn some new knowledge every day, make a little progress every day, there will be a qualitative change
7. Sum up the learned knowledge, can say clearly is their own, or read more books in vain
8. Now we need more experts than generalists (like seeing a doctor, many people go to experts)
9. Believe --- you always pay less for your work than it gives you (don't cry and cry every day, why do you do this
10. The most effective way to learn is to do (listening can absorb 20%, speaking can absorb 50%, doing should absorb 70%)
11. Don't just look down at the mill, but also look up at the sky
12. What have I learned and how can I improve my work
13. Learning is the project of top leaders (learning ability is the competitiveness of enterprises)
14. High knowledge, high salary, high intelligence and high position
15. Tomorrow's illiterates will be those who do not actively seek new knowledge

Part V action management
1. Responsibility / 2 = 0 (if one thing is handed over to two people, it will lead to shirking responsibility and procrastination)
2. Action is a good remedy for fear
3. Don't know where to pinch your feet until you put on your shoes
4. Sell the same things differently (you do better than your competitors, but it's easy to do different things)
5. Everything is done, not said
6. Any action is more trustworthy than language
7. Soldiers die on the battlefield, not in the trenches, salesmen in the market, not in factories
8. Follow the right person, do the right thing, use the right method
9. There is nothing that can't be done, only people who can't do it
10. Always focus on solutions
11. At the beginning, people are lazy in nature. If you want to do it, you should manage it by system
12. It is better to travel thousands of miles than to read thousands of books
