Referral Commission Scheme Terms and Conditions
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before participating in the Referral Commission Scheme (“Scheme”). By participating in the Scheme, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
1. Eligibility:
1.1. The Scheme is open to individuals, regardless of whether they are existing customers of Harmony Digital (“Company”).
1.2. Participants can refer new customers to the Company’s products or services by emailing hello@harmony-digital.com with the details of the person or company they are referring, in accordance with the guidelines outlined below.
2. Referral Guidelines:
2.1. Participants must send an email to hello@harmony-digital.com with the details of the new customer they are referring.
2.2. The referred customer must confirm the participant’s name during their initial purchase.
3. Referral Commission:
3.1. Participants will earn a referral commission of 15% of the total purchase amount (excluding taxes and other fees) made by the referred customer.
3.2. Referral commissions will be calculated and credited to the participant’s account after the referred customer’s purchase has been successfully completed and confirmed by the Company.
3.3. Referral commissions are payable in the currency chosen by the Company.
4. Payment and Payout:
4.1. Referral commissions will be paid out to participants on a monthly basis, within 30 days following the end of the month in which the referred customer’s purchase was confirmed.
4.2. Referral commissions will be paid via the payment method specified by the participant during the registration process. It is the participant’s responsibility to ensure that the payment information is accurate and up to date. The Company will contact the participant for this information.
5. Compliance:
5.1. Participants must comply with all applicable laws and regulations when referring customers to the Company’s products or services.
5.2. Participants must not engage in any fraudulent, deceptive, or unethical practices to refer customers or earn referral commissions.
5.3. The Company reserves the right to disqualify participants and withhold referral commissions if there is any suspicion of violation of these terms and conditions.
6. Modification and Termination:
6.1. The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Scheme at any time without prior notice.
6.2. Participants will be notified of any changes to the Scheme via email or through the Company’s official communication channels.
7. Miscellaneous:
7.1. These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the participant and the Company regarding the Scheme.
7.2. The participant cannot assign or transfer any rights or obligations under these terms and conditions without the Company’s prior written consent.
7.3. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The United Kingdom. 7.4. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Scheme shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of The United Kingdom.
By participating in the Referral Commission Scheme, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not participate in the Scheme.
